I can use creative approaches and different resources to help you find the words if it gets difficult. I also have a strong interest in breathwork, which I find can be beneficial when we’re feeling vulnerable, anxious, or stuck.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to tailor your counselling experience to your unique needs. I respect that you are the expert in your life but sometimes when life gets tricky it can be hard to see which way to go. My holistic approach considers your life experiences, your current situation, and your aspirations for the future.
